Free guides and tools: the email address you give to open the CRM guide, the PSTN readiness checklist or the bill decoder, or to have a renewal register emailed to you
Contract renewal register: where you ask us to email your register, the supplier names, dates and notice periods you entered. A copy is sent to us so we can follow up on what you actually asked about, rather than making a generic approach
Telephone and email contact: contact details and the content of communications
Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent on the site (via cookies — see our Cookie Policy)
Business information: details about your organisation needed to provide our services, such as current supplier contracts and usage data
What we do not collect. The bill decoder runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste into it is sent to us or to anyone else, and it strips anything resembling an account number, phone number, postcode, email address, sort code or card number before it reads a single line. The items you tick on the readiness checklist are stored on your own device only.

We work with a panel of screened UK providers across telecoms, connectivity, mobile and energy, and share only what a given provider needs in order to quote for or deliver your service. We will tell you which provider is involved before anything is arranged
Formspree (our form processor) — subject to their own privacy policy and data processing agreement
Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. To do this it receives your IP address and technical signals from your browser. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. This website uses HTTPS encryption throughout, a Content-Security-Policy restricting what the site may load, and automated checks to block spam and abusive submissions. Form submissions are sent from our server to our processor over an encrypted connection, so your browser does not contact them directly.

Reading history: if you accept optional cookies, we record which articles you have read so the suggestions in our footer do not repeat them. This stays on your device and we never see it. Decline, and nothing is recorded.
Access tokens — transmitted: when you give your email address to open a guide, checklist or tool, we store a token in your browser so you are not asked again next time. That token is sent back to our server when you return, in order to reopen the content. It contains no personal information — it identifies which resource was unlocked and when, nothing more — and it expires after 60 days.
